INGREDIENTS
    For the Skewers
  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 100 grams Mushroom
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chili Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt (Adjust according to your palate)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
  • 4 Skewer sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Chop the paneer into large square-shaped cubes.
    2. Chop the onion and Bell pepper into similar sizes as the paneer.
    3. In a mixing bowl, add the plain yoghurt, turmeric powder, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, Kasuri methi, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder and garam masala and mix well.
    4. Add this mixture to the paneer and vegetables to coat them evenly.
    5. Add the paneer, bell pepper, mushroom, and onion to the skewers in an alternating fashion.
    6. Roast the skewers on a grill or fire on all sides until they are slightly charred and the marinade is cooked.
    7. Serve with a salad or a wrap.
