INGREDIENTS
  • 200 grams Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Follow the package instructions to prep the Shirataki Noodles.
    2. Chop all the vegetables for the stir fry.
    3. In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and chili oil and mix well and set aside.
    4. In a wok/pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil.
    5. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute until aromatic.
    6. Add the onion and stir fry until the onion is transparent.
    7. Add the cabbage and saute for a minute.
    8. Add the mushroom and bell pepper and saute for a few minutes until they are slightly cooked.
    9. Add the shirataki noodles, sauce mixture, and mix well.
    10. Stir fry for a few minutes until all liquid is evaporated.
    11. Add the scallions, mix well and turn off the heat.
    12. Serve immediately with an extra garnish of scallions.
