Vegan Shirataki Noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

- Follow the package instructions to prep the Shirataki Noodles.
- Chop all the vegetables for the stir fry.
- In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and chili oil and mix well and set aside.
- In a wok/pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and saute until aromatic.
- Add the onion and stir fry until the onion is transparent.
- Add the cabbage and saute for a minute.
- Add the mushroom and bell pepper and saute for a few minutes until they are slightly cooked.
- Add the shirataki noodles, sauce mixture, and mix well.
- Stir fry for a few minutes until all liquid is evaporated.
- Add the scallions, mix well and turn off the heat.
- Serve immediately with an extra garnish of scallions.
