Photo Policy
FabFitRecipes.com either owns the copyright or has the right to use all photographs on the site.
If you wish to spotlight/feature one of the recipes on this website on your website or blog, you have permission to publish one (1) photo with credit to fabfitrecipes.com and a clear link back to that specific website page where the recipe can be found.
Publishing our photos, along with our recipe OR publishing our photos with another recipe, is NOT allowed.
You do need permission to use one (1) photo for features, recipe roundups, etc. as long as the above policies are followed.
Recipe Sharing Policy
If you wish to share one of our recipes, write your own introduction (or review) and then provide credit and a link to the original recipe. A mere list of ingredients is not copyright protected, but the creative, expressive content and words of the recipe are.
If you make slight changes to a recipe, it’s still someone else’s recipe. The guidelines are the same as in #1 above, but of course, you may add your additional comments to highlight the changes.
If you adapt a recipe and do in fact make significant modifications, you can publish your version (the entire recipe) but you need to give credit and a link back to the source (if available online).
You may not republish any recipe from fabfitrecipes.com. We do not allow websites or publications (such as print newsletters and magazines) to publish our recipes. Our recipes are copyrighted material and may not be published elsewhere.
Content Syndication
We don’t allow our recipes or posts to be syndicated. No exceptions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The current terms and conditions will always be accessible through the site and will be time-stamped when updated. By continuing to access the site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new term, please stop using the service.
