Raw Mango Salad Thai style

- Finely chop the garlic and chillies.
- In a small bowl, add 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, chopped/crushed chillies, chopped garlic and brown sugar.
- Mix well and set aside.
It is best to use a mortar and pestle or a food processor.
Directions for Salad

- Prep all the vegetables.
Julienne the carrots, cucumber, and raw mango.
Chop tomatoes into bit-sized cubes.
Chop the beans in the french cut style.
Remove the mint leaves from their stem.
Toast the peanuts, remove the skins, and coarsely crush or chop them.

2. In a large Salad bowl, add all the veggies, mint leaves, and dressing and mix well.
3. Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve immediately.
