Directions for Dressing

    1. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
    2. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing, mix well, and set them aside.

Directions for Paneer

    1. Chop paneer/tofu into bite-sized cubes.
    2. Marinade the paneer/tofu with half of the salad dressing and set aside for 5 mins.
    3. In a heated pan, add the paneer and fry for a couple of minutes or until it turns golden.

Directions for Salad

    1. Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
    2. In a large salad bowl, add all the veggies, salad greens, paneer, salad dressing and mix well.
    3. Serve Immediately.
