This is a 5-minute dipping sauce that is so delicious you will be craving more! It is great for Vietnamese summer rolls and for dipping with veggies.

I have used crunchy peanut butter in this recipe but you can use creamy peanut butter as well. I have used organic unsweetened/unsalted peanut butter with no added oils, or preservatives.

Notes and Tips

  1. The peanut butter tends to thicken when mixed with soy sauce. You can add more or less water to adjust the consistency of the sauce.
  2. You can also use warm water to speed up the mixing or throw all the ingredients into a bottle and shake until mixed thoroughly.
