INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Drain the chickpeas and wash them under running water, drain and set aside.
    2. Wash Chop all the vegetables and feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, check the seasoning, and adjust if required.
    4. In a large bowl add all the vegetables, chickpeas, dressing, and mix thoroughly.
    5. Serve immediately.
