- Drain the chickpeas and wash them under running water, drain and set aside.
- Wash Chop all the vegetables and feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, check the seasoning, and adjust if required.
- In a large bowl add all the vegetables, chickpeas, dressing, and mix thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
