Directions for Dressing

- Finely chop the garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl, add all the ingredients for the dressing, mix well, and set them aside.
Directions for Paneer

- Chop paneer/tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Marinade the paneer/tofu with half of the salad dressing and set aside for 5 mins.
- In a heated pan, add the paneer and fry for a couple of minutes or until it turns golden.
Directions for Salad

- Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large salad bowl, add all the veggies, salad greens, paneer, salad dressing and mix well.
- Serve Immediately.
