This is a 5-minute dipping sauce that is so delicious you will be craving more! It is great for Vietnamese summer rolls and for dipping with veggies.
I have used crunchy peanut butter in this recipe but you can use creamy peanut butter as well. I have used organic unsweetened/unsalted peanut butter with no added oils, or preservatives.

Notes and Tips
- The peanut butter tends to thicken when mixed with soy sauce. You can add more or less water to adjust the consistency of the sauce.
- You can also use warm water to speed up the mixing or throw all the ingredients into a bottle and shake until mixed thoroughly.
