INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Roast the tomatoes, onion, green chili,10 and garlic on a grill or fire and set it aside for 10 minutes to cool.
    2. Toast the dried red chilli on the stovetop until aromatic.
    3. Peel the tomatoes, onion, and garlic and chop them into large chunks for blending.
    4. Add the red chilli, onion, garlic, and roasted green chilli into a food processor/blender.
    5. Coarsely grind the mixture and then add the tomatoes and salt.
    6. Blend into a coarse/chunky mixture.
    7. Transfer to a serving bowl.
    8. Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
