Spicy Fire Roasted Salsa (Fiery Hot!)

- Roast the tomatoes, onion, green chili,10 and garlic on a grill or fire and set it aside for 10 minutes to cool.
- Toast the dried red chilli on the stovetop until aromatic.
- Peel the tomatoes, onion, and garlic and chop them into large chunks for blending.
- Add the red chilli, onion, garlic, and roasted green chilli into a food processor/blender.
- Coarsely grind the mixture and then add the tomatoes and salt.
- Blend into a coarse/chunky mixture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.
