INGREDIENTS

    1. Roast the corn on a grill or fire and set it aside for a few minutes to cool down.
    2. Chop the onion, tomato, green chilly, and cilantro.
    3. Remove the corn kernels from the cob with a knife.
    4. Add the roasted corn to the chopped vegetables.
    5. Add all the dry spice powders, salt, and lemon juice.
    6. Mix thoroughly and serve.
