INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Crumble the tofu and prep all the vegetables.
    2. Place a wok/frying pan on medium heat.
    3. Add oil to the pan and wait for it to heat up.
    4. Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and saute until aromatic.
    5. Add onion and fry until the onion is transparent and golden.
    6. Add all the vegetables and saute for a couple of minutes.
    7. Add the crumbled tofu and saute for a few minutes until tofu is golden.
    8. Add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce and chilli oil.
    9. Stir well until tofu is well coated with the sauces.
    10. Saute until all the liquid evaporates and tofu is aromatic.
    11. Turn off the heat and serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
