Tofu Scramble
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

- Crumble the tofu and prep all the vegetables.
- Place a wok/frying pan on medium heat.
- Add oil to the pan and wait for it to heat up.
- Add garlic, ginger and green chilli and saute until aromatic.
- Add onion and fry until the onion is transparent and golden.
- Add all the vegetables and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add the crumbled tofu and saute for a few minutes until tofu is golden.
- Add the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce and chilli oil.
- Stir well until tofu is well coated with the sauces.
- Saute until all the liquid evaporates and tofu is aromatic.
- Turn off the heat and serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
