INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the Taco Filling

    1. In a bowl, break down the tofu into tiny bits.
    2. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, soy sauce, paprika, cumin powder, oregano, and salt and mix well.
    3. Set a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and let it heat.
    4. Add the tofu mixture and stir fry for 5-6 minutes or until the tofu is browned well.
    5. Turn off the heat and set it aside until you are ready to make the taco.
  2. For the Taco

    1. Place a tortilla on a plate, and add the tofu filling.
    2. Top it with pico de gallo, pickled carrot, and cilantro.
    3. A delicious taco is ready to be served!
