For the Taco Filling
- In a bowl, break down the tofu into tiny bits.
- Add the nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, soy sauce, paprika, cumin powder, oregano, and salt and mix well.
- Set a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, and let it heat.
- Add the tofu mixture and stir fry for 5-6 minutes or until the tofu is browned well.
- Turn off the heat and set it aside until you are ready to make the taco.

- Place a tortilla on a plate, and add the tofu filling.
- Top it with pico de gallo, pickled carrot, and cilantro.
- A delicious taco is ready to be served!
