Ginger and Turmeric are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The combination of ginger and turmeric packs a punch! I must warn you, this is a strong drink that is slightly bitter and the ginger burns down your throat!

Ginger and Turmeric are known to reduce cholesterol levels, relieve pain, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, heart disease, and more.

Ginger contains a compound called gingerol which is a key component in helping with weight loss, nausea, indigestion, and various other health benefits.

In India, turmeric is used as a household remedy to heal cuts and wounds. It is widely used in most recipes in Indian cuisine. Turmeric contains an active ingredient called curcumin that gives it a vibrant orangish-yellow color as well as many health benefits.
